Novartis with successful transfromation – Galderma is in excellent shape – AstraZeneca shows strength
Switzerland
I am impressed by the successful transformation process at Novartis (ticker symbol: NOVN SW). The company is now clearly focusing on the coming years. Operating profit (EBIT) could rise to USD 22.77 bn by 2027, which would be a significant boost for the share. An attractive dividend yield of 3.16% is also on the cards for 2026, which should be emphasized in the current low Swiss interest rate environment. Novartis’ conservative approach is attracting large international investors in particular, who are also betting on currency gains.

The French-speaking Swiss luxury goods group Richemont (ticker symbol: CFR SW) has impressively fought its way back from the valley of tears. Since the beginning of 2025, the share price has risen by around 12.84%. I have high hopes for the company, as the upside potential is far from exhausted. Consistent reinvestment of the annual dividend in new shares is worthwhile.

The Zug dermatology specialist Galderma (ticker symbol: GALD SW) is in excellent shape. Experts are expecting several highly interesting product launches in the coming years, which should give the share price an additional boost. My model calculations also point to strong growth. The operating result (EBIT) could rise to USD 1.73 billion by 2027 – dynamic growth for a company with a market capitalization of USD 41.8 billion.

The shares of Swiss Life (ticker symbol: SLHN SW) have gained considerable momentum on the Swiss stock exchange. Since the beginning of 2025, they have gained around 21.81%. According to my calculations, the dividend could rise to CHF 41.50 by 2027 – a strong argument for a long-term investment. Here too, my advice is to consistently reinvest the dividend in new shares.

Europe
The shares of the Belgian pharmaceutical company UCB (ticker symbol: UCB BB) are increasingly regaining their former strength. Since the beginning of 2025, they have recorded an impressive gain of 31.11%. My models show a promising development: the operating result (EBIT) could rise to EUR 2.905 bn by 2027. With an expected EBIT margin of 31.07% in 2027, everything is right here in my view.
Trading strategy: Hold and enjoy.
The British pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca (ticker symbol: AZN LN) is once again showing its strength. The share price has risen by 20.84% since the beginning of 2025. Exciting things are happening behind the scenes: the operating result (EBIT) could rise to USD 23.63 billion by 2027. If this development actually materializes, the share price should continue to rise sharply.

From a fundamental perspective, I am convinced by the Danish Genmab (ticker symbol: GMAB SS) is convincing across the board. The operating result (EBIT) could rise to DKK 11.91m by 2027. The only fly in the ointment is that no dividend payment is expected in the coming years.

It could also be an exciting story from a dividend perspective. The dividend per share could rise to EUR 1.13 in the same period. Regular reinvestment in new shares can build up long-term substance here.
